Andrew will no longer be known as a prince and is to leave Royal Lodge, Buckingham Palace has confirmed.

In a bombshell statement released tonight, Buckingham Palace said he will now be known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor with immediate effect

It comes as the palace said the censures are deemed necessary amid the ongoing Jeffrey Epstein scandal, who Andrew lied about cutting ties with.

His Majesty has today initiated a formal process to remove the Style, Titles and Honours of Prince Andrew, the palace said.

Prince Andrew will now be known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor. His lease on Royal Lodge has, to date, provided him with legal protection to continue in residence.

Formal notice has now been served to surrender the lease and he will move to alternative private accommodation

These censures are deemed necessary, notwithstanding the fact that he continues to deny the allegations against him.

His Majesty wishes to make clear that his thoughts and utmost sympathies have been, and will remain with, the victims and survivors of any and all forms of abuse.

Disgraced Andrew signed a lease with the Crown Estate for Royal Lodge in 2003, which means its legally his for 75 years unless he chooses to move out voluntarily.

King Charles has reportedly been pushing for Andrew to vacate for years, but hes been digging his heels in.

Fergie sold a lavish London townhouse earlier this year, just before the renewed scandals broke that she only bought in 2022. The townhouse in Belgravia, which she purchased for GB4.2 million, had been reportedly rented out to tenants for a whopping GB4,000 a week.

However, she took a major hit when selling the home this summer, for GB400,000 under the price she paid for it, according to Land Registry documents, the Daily Mail reports.

Her spokesperson said that Sarah wasnt looking to sell it, but this year she was asked by the tenant to buy it, and it seemed like a good time to sell.

Its an investment property for her girls, and so the monies will be reinvested accordingly, the spokesperson continued.

You have to ask yourself whether Andrew and Sarah are completely deaf to public opinion. There is genuine outrage from the public and, indeed several prominent members of Parliament about the fact that they have lied about their friendship with Jeffrey Epstein.

And yet they seem to think they are entitled to not just one, but two, magnificent homes in the extremely royal surroundings of Windsor Great Park, almost in the shadow of the Castle itself

It is an audacious demand and one that the Palace has outright rejected
