Donald Trump is running up an impressive losing streak in court after court.
But rather than urging Trump and his administration to stop violating the law and the Constitution, House Speaker Mike Johnson said the following:
We do have the authority over the federal courts, as you know. We can eliminate an entire district court.
The video takes on the dire consequences of this reckless rhetoric from Speaker Johnson.
A federal judge just ordered the Trump administration to return Kilmar Arbrego Garcia to the United States after they unlawfully and unconstitutionally deported him to El Salvador.
Judge Paula Xinis issued an order that Garcia must be returned to the US by 11:59 pm 7 April

Judge James Boasberg seems to have had enough of the ducking and dodging of Trumps DOJ lawyers on the issue of violating the judges orders to turn around the planes that were carrying Venezuelan immigrants who were being deported in violation of their constitutional rights.
In a court hearing, the judge had some very direct and pointed questions that Trumps DOJ lawyers couldnt or wouldnt answer.
The judge then turned his attention to pursuing contempt charges against the Trump administration officials who were involved in violating his orders
