KEY POINTS;
Donald Trump, his brother Robert and sister Maryanne allegedly manipulated their father Fred Trump Sr. into writing his nephew and niece out of his will
Mary and her brother Fred III filed suit against Donald and Robert Trump and their sister Maryanne Trump Barry (pictured together in 1990) in 2000, for wrongful termination of medical benefits and coverage.
In decades-old legal papers exclusively revealed by DailyMail Mary and Fred III claimed that after providing health insurance for decades, the Trump family 'unilaterally' cancelled it 'maliciously and without excuse or justification
The claim was made in 2000 by Mary and Fred Trump III, the adult children of Donald's dead brother Fred Jr, in a suit for 'wrongfully' terminating their health insurance
They claim the Trumps lied during the probate for Fred Sr’s estate by saying he didn't have 'diminished capacity’ after changing the will in 1991 at the age of 85
In fact doctors who examined the senior Trump around then said he had early signs of dementia, Mary and Fred III claim
Medical reports included in their suit show that Robert told doctors in 1992 that Fred Sr’s memory had seen a ‘notable decline’ for the past two years
An examination allegedly proved Fred Sr. ‘did not know his birth date, was unsure of his age and turned to his son for help in responding to some questions’.
Fred Sr was made to do a drawing test. Dr Jutagir wrote in his report: 'He could draw a clock accurately from memory but could not set the hands at the requested time'
The new will divided the bulk of the inheritance among his living children, meaning Mary and Fred III only got $200,000 each because their father was dead. Pictured l-r: Robert, Elizabeth, Fred Jr, Donald and Maryanne
The court papers suggest that Fred Sr’s judgement may have been further impaired by problems with alcohol...
Mary and Fred III are the children of Fred Trump Jr, (pictured), the eldest brother of the President who died in 1982 aged 42 after a lifetime of battling alcohol addiction
Mary and Fred III claim their grandfather may not have been the one to sign his revised will and contend it was ‘allegedly’ signed by him
The family dispute was put back into the public eye when it emerged that Mary is writing a tell-all about the Trump family
EX President Trump filed a restraining order against the book... Legal papers filed claim that Mary is violating a nondisclosure agreement stemming from the settlement of family patriarch Fred Trump Sr's estate in 2001, following his death in 1999. Pictured: Fred Sr with Robert Trump in 1991

Donald Trumps' Mother: From a Scottish Island to New Yorks' Elite
Donald Trumps' mother, Mary Anne MacLeod, was born and brought up on the Hebridean island of Lewis but emigrated to New York to live a very different life.
Mary Anne was one of tens of thousands of Scots who travelled to the US and Canada in the early years of the last century looking to escape economic hardship at home.
She first left Lewis for New York in 1930, at the age of 18, to seek work as a domestic servant.
Six years later she was married to successful property developer Frederick Trump, the son of German migrants and one of the most eligible men in New York.
The fourth of their five children, Donald John, as he is referred to on the islands, is about to become US president.
His mother was born in 1912 in Tong, about three miles from Stornoway, the main town on the isle of Lewis.
Genealogist Bill Lawson, who has traced the family tree of Mary Anne MacLeod back to the early 19th Century, says her father Malcolm ran a post office and small shop in his later years....
