Women Scientist Rowing Crew WINS Worlds’ Toughest Row For Ocean Conservation
SFU professor and team win womens’ class of Worlds’ Toughest Row, cross the Atlantic in 38 Days Global News 24 JAN 2024 A team of four women marine scientists, including SFU’s Isabelle Côté, have rowed 5,000 km across the Atlantic Ocean, winning the women’s class of the annual the World’s Toughest Row. The all-woman Salty Science crew arrived in Antigua on Saturday, completing the winter crossing from the Canary Islands in 38 days, 18 hours and 57 minutes. |
