Jury Orders Pacman to pay approximately $11.6 million in damages

Pacman Jones has been order to pay approximately $11.6 million in damages from civil lawsuits filed in the 2007 strip club shooting in Nevada, according to TMZ.

In 2007, Jones, then with the Tennessee Titans, was accused of starting a fight in the Minxx Gentleman's Club in Las Vegas that escalated into a triple-shooting in the parking lot. Thomas Urbanski was paralyzed in the shooting.

Urbanski, a security guard at the club, has been awarded $9.6 million, and his wife was given $750,000 for the loss of marital relations, and Aaron Cudworth, another security guard was awarded $1.3 million.

In criminal court, Jones, now with the Cincinnati Bengals, eventually pled no contest to misdemeanor conspiracy to commit disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 200 hours of community service and one year of probation. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell suspended him for all of the 2007 season.
