Britain and France Prepare for Military action against Libya
March 18 - The UK is planning to deploy RAF Tornado and Typhoon fighters against Libya, while France has also voiced readiness to take military action against the Arab country , Aljazeera reported Friday. The plan was announced by the British Prime Minister David Cameron shortly ago. The decision comes only one day after the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) voted to sanction a no-fly zone over Libya and all necessary measures - code for military action - to protect civilians. France also voiced readiness to take action “within few hours” Friday.
