It places financial and visa sanctions on individuals and their family members who have assisted in ICC investigations of US citizens or the countrys allies such as Israel and Putin. While it does not specify which officials have been hit by the US travel ban and financial sanctions, the restrictions will probably extend to Mr Khan and others.
