This 3-year-old rebel from Canada was just trying to take a ride on his 'motorcycle' when he got stuck with something every driver fears - the dreaded 'parking ticket'.

Declan Tramley doesn't have a license, but his reaction as he put his hand to his forehead in disappointment somehow perfectly captured the way we all feel when getting written up.

This 'ruthless biker', as he was dubbed by the Halifax Regional Police, was given the 'citation' by Constable Shawn Currie for illegally stopping his red plastic bike at a ferry terminal's a no-parking zone.

The 'ruthless biker', as he was dubbed by the Halifax Regional Police, was written up by Constable Shawn Currie for illegally stopping his red plastic bike - and the picture of the moment has become a viral hit

Declan's father had approached Currie earlier and told him the little boy loves police. That's when they hatched the plan to give him a ticket as a joke, Sgt. Pierre Bourdages said

The photo of Declan's priceless reaction as Currie kneeled down to write him a ticket was shared by the department on their FBook page, where it became an instant hit with more than 9,000 likes.

'Remember, you cannot park your motorcycle in the circle by the ferry terminal,' said the picture's caption. 'We caught this ruthless biker there yesterday.'

Currie said he was glad he got to show that even policemen like to have fun.
'We're not always making arrests and hauling people away,' he told CTV.

And Declan, who often goes out on the harbour in his motorcycle jacket and even chats up other bikers, now loves his first parking ticket.
And, according to mom Lisa, he's even tried to bring it to bed.

What buttons do you mean BaZZa? if you mean the thanks etc button, that is nothing to do with our site, it could be caused by either your browser, or the latest update from AdBlockPRO, which is causing probs. for many folk on many sites...

Disable it and download UBlock. Its much better and was invented by the same guy that designed Waterfox browser for Mozilla.... which is sooooooo fast......
