An explorer who searches through abandoned properties has found a creepy farmhouse with mannequins set up for a tea party.

Daniel Sims, 32, discovered the location - dubbed 'Horse Riders Farm' as the real name is unknown - hidden away in rural Lincolnshire.

The YouTuber came across the derelict property after a tip-off from a fellow explorer and was stunned by what he discovered inside.

In a video posted to his channel, various stable blocks can be seen with unruly grass and weeds sprouting between bricks.

Daniel, from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, then enters the stable blocks and finds them left in ruins....

In one, he discovers the letters 'B' and 'R' smeared on a white box, which he believes was written using faeces.

In another stable, Daniel finds a peculiar diary from 2000, containing a very detailed account of its author's days.

The passages cover topics such as the weather, food and drink consumed by the writer and anecdotes from the day.

Next to the diary, Daniel finds a photo album with yellowing pictures of the family assumed to have owned the farm.

The pictures are largely black and white snaps which the explorer thinks are from the 1950s, 60s and 70s.
