The songstress is being sued for copyright infringement by an artist named Andy Stone - who claims he co-wrote and recorded a song with the same title a couple of years before she released her single

Mariah Carey has been sued over her iconic Christmas single All I Want For Christmas Is You.
The songstress released the chart-topping hit in 1994 - but an artist has now claimed his song - by the same name - inspired hers.
She is being sued for copyright infringement, according to TMZ, by Andy Stone - who says he co-wrote and recorded a song with the same title a couple of years earlier.
Andy claims Mariah and her team never asked for permission to use that title.
He is going after the pop star for at least £16million in damages.
During the Christmas period last year, the track is said to have bagged the star a whopping £40million.
