Springfield Tennessee Mother Dies in Freak Shower Accident

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -
A mother in Springfield tragically died in a freak accident last week.

According to Smokey Barn News, Michele Morley, 37, died Friday after she had a seizure in the shower and fell. Her hair got stuck in the drain, the water rose and she drowned.

Morley's family told Smokey Barn she had a history of seizures.

She leaves behind a husband and two daughters, ages 11 and 17.

The family had just moved back to Robertson County after a brief stay in Ohio and was living at a friend's house at the time of Morley's death.

She was discovered by a man who also lived in the home. He needed to use the restroom and Morley had been in there for a while so he knocked on the door. He found her unconscious.

Funeral arrangements are pending.

One of my friends Past away in the shower/bath years ago now.
He slipped, hit his head knocking himself out, the hot water ran out and being in winter time in Melbourne he ended suffering Hypothermia from all the cold water. They say that he never woke up.
