Oh Crap! EVIL MUM Kills Man in Front of 6 Children / EVIL Daughter Kills Mum

Pregnant Woman Who Killed Boyfriend in Front of Six 'Hysterical' Children Jailed for Life

Hannah Sindrey, 24, shouted "f*** him, that's what I think" after she was convicted of murdering her boyfriend Paul Fletcher, 31, in a New Year’s bloodbath last January

Evil Daughter Wrote Fake Suicide Note After Stabbing Her Mum to Death

Daily Mirror 24 JAN 2022

A mother who stabbed her boyfriend in front of six small children screamed “f**k him” after being found guilty of murder.

Hannah Sindrey, 24, was today jailed for life for killing Paul Fletcher, 31, on New Year's Day last year.

She must serve a minimum of 14-and-a-half behind bars, Essex Live reports, after she picked up a kitchen knife and stabbed her partner through the heart following a row.

The mum tried to pin the murder on her pal Kelly Blackwell, but the 26-year-old was found not guilty at the trial.

Being dragged screaming out of the dock at Basildon Crown Court as she was found guilty on Thursday, Sindrey yelled: "F*** him. That's what I think. F*** him.... I don't give a f***," as she was taken down.

Paul Fletcher was killed on New Year's Day 2021

Sindrey, of Rayleigh, Essex, fatally stabbed Mr Fletcher at her flat during an argument.

The trial had heard Mr Fletcher and Sindrey had been arguing throughout the night, with Mr Fletcher, who had taken cocaine, paranoid over his incorrect fears of Sindrey's cheating.

The row led to him confiscating both Sindrey and Blackwell's phones, which enraged the pair.

The argument progressed, all while Sindrey's two children and Blackwell's four children were in the flat in a "hysterical" state. It led to a knife being produced and reportedly being waved around.

A fight broke out, which Judge Samantha Leigh ruled was started by Ms Blackwell, leading Sindrey to pick up a kitchen knife and stab Mr Fletcher, 31, through the heart.

Mr Fletcher collapsed on the floor in the hallway. The emergency services were called but he died at the home despite the best efforts of the paramedics, being pronounced dead at around 1am on January 1 last year.

Witnesses reporting seeing Sindrey screaming for help on the flat balcony with his blood on her hands, saying "he's been stabbed".

The court heard the couple had been arguing throughout the night

The trial saw bodycam footage from police officers attending, and also showed the two women in an extremely distressed state as they were checked into police custody.

The court previously heard from both Sindrey and Blackwell, with Blackwell claiming she heard Sindrey yell "you knew I would do it" after stabbing Mr Fletcher as she waved the knife around in the kitchen.

Sindrey was convicted of murder by majority verdict at the same court on Thursday, while Miss Blackwell, 26, was acquitted.

Sindrey and Blackwell - of Retort Close, Southend - had both denied being responsible and blamed each other for the killing of the 31-year-old.

Police said that Mr Fletcher, known as Dod, was stabbed in the chest in the fracas that broke out.

Judge Samantha Leigh acknowledged that the relationship between Sindrey and Mr Fletcher had been "toxic", and that he had been "possessive" - including making threats to her when he was still in prison.=

She stabbed her boyfriend after he confiscated her phone over fears she was cheating

The judge said Mr Fletcher had suffered a 10cm wound from the stabbing which had pierced his heart.

She told Sindrey: "Paul Fletcher took Kelly Blackwell's phone, she didn't take kindly to this and I am satisfied that she started the attack and she picked up the knife first.

"She becomes very verbally aggressive and slapping the deceased and you then became involved.

"I am sure you had had enough of the behaviour at that stage and you lost your temper and you stabbed him once.

"In my view from your actions up until when you started giving evidence you had convinced yourself that you had not stabbed him because you couldn't face what you had done because even though the relationship was a bad one, you still loved him.

"No matter what Mr Fletcher's faults were, he was a dad, he was a son and valued member of that family, and his loss was very difficult to take.

"His son born after his death will never know his parent."

Sindrey had been pregnant with Mr Fletcher's child at the time of the incident and the court heard today that she gave birth to the child while remanded in custody.

David Spens, mitigating for Sindrey, said that she had not intended to murder Mr Fletcher and that she also suffers from a "lack of maturity" and unstable personality disorder, and possibly post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) as he claimed she had suffered some abuse as a child.

Devastating victim impact statements were read out in court by family members of Mr Fletcher as his killer was sentenced today.

Shelley Thomas, Mr Fletcher's sister, had her statement read to the court by Christine Agnew QC, prosecuting.

She said: "We are devastated and heartbroken, and struggling at the loss. We are all trying to come to terms with it.

"He was trying to turn his life around and had so much to look forward to. He seemed different this time.

"He was going to be a father again, a hands-on dad and build an unconditional bond like he had with his own father.

"Dod was a big part of our life. His mum has had her whole world crashing down around her, she's in pieces. Dod was her youngest son."

In another statement, Mr Fletcher's son, from a previous relationship, said: "My dad was amazing, he was like my best friend.

"But I'm never going to have that again."

Sindrey was given a life sentence with 14-and-a-half years in jail for murder, reduced to 13 years and 164 days to account for time already spent on remand.

Judge Leigh also praised the handling of the case by Essex Police, describing the work undertaken by the officer in charge as "exceptional".

Evil Daughter Wrote Fake Suicide Note After Stabbing Her Mum to Death and Hiding Body

Cassandra Scott, 36, stabbed her mother Beverley 10 times in a crack cocaine fuelled rage, then left her body in the house they shared for two-and-a-half months

A 'devious' drug addict who savagely murdered her mum composed a fake suicide note in an attempt to cover up her awful crimes.

Cassandra Scott, 36, stabbed her mother Beverley 10 times in a crack cocaine fuelled rage, then left her body in the house they shared for two-and-a-half months.

An apparently heartfelt message was left on Beverley's phone and appeared to be addressed to her daughter - but when it was written, the mother was already dead.

Hours after the killing, Cassandra composed the message herself on her mother's phone to cover up her crimes.

According to the MEN, the note read: "I'm sorry for not being there for you, please forgive me Cass, but I can't carry on living this life with the drugs.

"I'm not strong enough to carry on living this life."

It was never actually sent, but was just one aspect of the desperate web of lies she spun, to try and cover up the horrific truth of what she had done.

Beverley, 58, had previously told police she was 'terrified' of her daughter and scared of her temper.

Cassandra, who must serve at least 17 years in jail, even sent her mother a message on Facebook wishing her happy birthday, the day after the murder is thought to have occurred.

Beverley, 58, had previously told police she was 'terrified' of her daughter and scared of her temper.

The police were called out previously after Cassandra kicked her to the chest, and punched her to the ground years before.

A judge hit out at Cassandra, of Longsight, for trying to 'blacken' her mother's name, by claiming Beverley had come at her with a knife.

He said that in fact Cassandra had 'pounced' on her mother with a 21cm kitchen knife, when she had turned her back.

Cassandra had dragged her mother's body from the murder scene in the kitchen, to a cupboard under the stairs, having wrapped it in plastic and covered it in bedding and curtains.

She also tried to cover up the blood on the walls and floor with paint.

The judge accepted that Cassandra had an 'appalling childhood', witnessing domestic violence and drug abuse.

"I am sure that everyone in court felt enormous sympathy with you for having to endure such a miserable childhood.

"But the fact that Beverley Scott was addicted to drugs does not make her life worth any less than anyone else, and does not remotely justify what happened to her.

"She did not deserve to die such a violent and terrifying death."

At Manchester Crown Court Cassandra was handed a life sentence for murder, and ordered to serve a minimum of 17 years.

"It is clear to me that when you drink or take drugs you are prone to physically violent outbursts of temper," the judge told the defendant.

"I am sure that fuelled by crack cocaine, you pounced on her with the knife while her back was turned to you.

GMP Senior Investigating Officer Duncan Thorpe said: "This was a brutal murder,

"You had the audacity to allege self defence, that was both callous and cowardly.

"I am satisfied that for whatever reason, at the time of the incident, your intention was to kill Beverley."

The judge rejected Cassandra's explanation that the argument flared up after she told her mother she was thinking of moving back in with her ex partner.

"What you did after the murder is in some ways was equally shocking," the judge added.

Cassandra did not call for an ambulance and went to stay with a friend, leaving her mother's body to decompose.

She lied about her whereabouts, claiming she was in rehab.

The exact date of the killing is not known, but the judge said it most likely occurred on April 1.

Beverley's body was discovered on June 11.

After the hearing, Gary Crawford, Senior Crown Prosecutor at CPS North West said: "We may never know what drove Cassandra Scott to stab her mother in such a persistent and violent way.

"Today’s sentence reflects the seriousness of the case and the callous and devious way Cassandra Scott sought to cover up what she had done."

GMP Senior Investigating Officer Duncan Thorpe said: "This was a brutal murder, and not only did Cassandra take Beverley's life, she did everything in her power to conceal it - lying to family friends and neighbours, causing them extreme upset and distress.

"My thoughts remain with Beverley's loved ones as they try to come to terms with what has happened.

"We're pleased that Cassandra Scott will spend at least 17 years in prison, and while this sentencing won't bring Beverley back, I hope it'll offer her family some closure to an horrendous chapter in their lives.

"I want to thank Beverley's family for their patience during this ordeal, and I hope this sentence sends a strong message that we will always seek to bring those responsible for crimes such as this to justice, and work to gather enough evidence to ensure they are removed from society for as long as possible."
