A mum-of-four and her lover have been jailed for raping a woman in a cellar and forcing her to perform sex acts while being filmed.

Samantha Hart, 32, her boyfriend Charlie Olding, 22, and his then 17-year-old cousin Lee Kitchiner subjected the victim to "vile abuse, intimidation and humiliation", Maidstone Crown Court heard.

Hart was said to have orchestrated the abuse after accusing the victim of sexual activity with Olding, after the pair lost a baby through miscarriage.

Hart summoned the victim to her home last September and once in the cellar reacted "abusively and aggressively" over several hours before forcing her to perform a sex act on Olding.

More than 30 "distressing and explicit" video clips were found on Olding's phone which included her being kicked, slapped and sexually assaulted, the court heard.

Kitchiner was found to also be filming some of the clips.

The footage, which also showed her being forced to carry out a sex act on Hart, was played to a jury at the trial.

The court also heard the sound of laughter as Kitchiner "assisted and encouraged" the horrifying acts.

The jury heard that a WhatsApp message sent by Olding to Hart during the violence read "Slap her more lool I'm bored".

Hart also threatened the victim with a Rambo-style knife, and one was later found by police at the property.

Hart and Olding, both of Chatham, Kent, were unanimously convicted of rape and causing a person to engage in sexual activity.

Both admitted a third charge of assault causing actual bodily harm.

Kitchiner, now 18 and of Strood, Kent, was found unanimously guilty of the sexual activity offence. He was cleared of rape and assault.

Hart was jailed for 11 years, and Olding was caged for 10.

Both will have to serve two-thirds of their prison term before they can apply for parole.
