Azam Mangori, 24, killed Lorraine Cox, 32, then cut her up into seven pieces - hiding her remains in bins and woodland in Exeter UK.

Mangori then hacked into her social media and used her SIM card to pretend she was alive and well to family and friends.

Exeter Crown Court heard Mangori saw Lorraine as she was walking home alone in the early hours of September 1 last year.
CCTV footage shows Lorraine's final moments as she walked through the Exeter city centre before sitting on a bench to eat a kebab, as well as Mangori later leaving his flat with a large Sports Direct bag - believed to have contained some of Lorraine's body parts.

Mangori, also known as Christopher Mayer, took Lorraine to his flat above a takeaway shop and murdered her.
He was filmed leaving the flat and then going back there with Lorraine at 2.45am - the last time she was seen alive.

Investigators say he took the bag to Tinpit Hill near Newton St Cyres, where cops later found some of her remains.
He was also seen on CCTV making several trips to Wilko to buy bin bags believed to have been used to wrap up Lorraine's body.

It’s thought Lorraine could have been suffocated as the T-shirt she had been wearing was found in her mouth.
He stored her remains in his flat above the kebab house for days then dismembered her and wrapped her in bin sacks.

Her friends and family grew suspicious of the messages they were receiving and reported her missing to the police.
CCTV, DNA evidence, phone records, internet searches and toxicology tests on Lorraine's remains proved he killed her.

Mangori pleaded not guilty to murder but admitted a charge of preventing Lorraine's lawful burial.

Jim Colwell, assistant chief constable of Devon & Cornwall Police, said: "The murder of Lorraine Cox was callous and brutal in its nature and details of the crime revealed at court will have disturbed many of our communities.
"The way in which Azam Mangori exploited Lorraine’s vulnerability before murdering her and dismembering her body is a deeply disturbing crime.

"Violence against anyone, especially a vulnerable woman like Lorraine, is abhorrent and Devon and Cornwall Police will always do the utmost to identify and bring offenders to justice."
