I tried to install Adobe photoshop Cs5 but in the process I get a blue screen and I can see something saying " Crash Dump" can somebody help me find what can cause that.

Have you got this problem fixed at all ???
Bump Crash's can come from Hardware problems or some times from corrupt programs.
The last time I had this type of problem I had a faulty RAM stick.
Please Let me know and as I may be able to help.
