US VETS Facing Foreclosures as SLIMEY Trump Pulls PLUG on Biden Program
At a time when veterans with VA loans are struggling to keep their homes out of foreclosure, the VA under Trumps stewardship has decided to pull the plug on a program built specifically to keep them housed. MSNRAW 1 MAY 2025 ![]() According to a report from NPR, the program known as VA Servicing Purchase VASP is on the chopping block with the approval of Republicans who feel President Joe Biden unilaterally FORCED it upon the country. As NPRs Chris Arnold, Quil Lawrence wrote, VASP helps veterans who have fallen behind on their home payments by placing them in a program that lumps the delinquent amount into a separate low interest rate loan that the VA then owns outright. Without that support, there is a risk that the nearly 90,000 VA loans that are in trouble, with a third already in foreclosure, will come due and FORCE vets from their homes if they cant find alternative loans to fill the gap. The NPR report notes, Mortgage industry groups, housing advocates and veterans organizations have been warning the VA that shutting down VASP without replacing it with something else first would result in large numbers of vets losing their homes, many of whom are in this financial peril because of the VAs own mistakes. ![]() The Loans Also Help Disabled Veterans ![]() AND HE DOESNT CARE.... |

Trump Budget Proposes $1TRIL For Defense, Slashes Education, Foreign Aid, Environment, Health And Public Assistance & VETS Face Homelessness
WANTS $1 TRIL For Defense, Cuts Education/Environment/Healthcare/Public Aid & Benefits PLUS Threat of Terrible Things Covered Up by Fancy Dress Party in Trumps Cabinet MSNRAW 3 MAY 2025 ![]() Trumps Party Having Fun at The Expense of The Poor And Needy The White House unveiled a budget blueprint Friday that would pump more money into defense and homeland security, while taking an ax to programs the Trump administration has already targeted, including education, foreign aid, environment, health and public assistance programs. The proposal outlines President Donald Trumps vision and provides recommendations to Congress for fiscal year 2026 spending, but lawmakers are not required to follow it. The blueprint released Friday is an outline, otherwise known as a skinny budget, with a more comprehensive plan expected to be released in coming weeks. The proposal follows Trumps priorities of beefing up the nations defense and immigration enforcement capabilities. It would increase defense spending by 13% to $1 trillion. It would also provide a historic $175 billion investment to fully secure the border, according to an Office of Management and Budget letter sent to Sen. Susan Collins, who chairs the Appropriations Committee The administration is pushing to have these increases which includes $119 billion in defense spending included in the budget reconciliation bill Congress is currently assembling, which would allow it to be approved without Democratic votes in the Senate. Democrats have typically objected to raising defense funding without corresponding increases to certain non defense spending The blueprint also calls for sweeping cuts to a multitude of discretionary programs that the Trump administration has been dismantling since it took office in January. It would slash $163 billion from non-defense, discretionary spending, a nearly 23% reduction, bringing it down to roughly $557 billion, before a nearly $44 billion infusion from Congress? reconciliation bill. But that means that other agencies and programs will bear the brunt of the cuts. Terrible Things Covered Up by Fancy Dress Party in Trumps Cabinet DHS Secretary Kristi Noem ![]() An obsession with dressing up among Donald Trumps most senior Cabinet members is reminiscent of a 6 year old kid desperate to be a spy, an Atlantic columnist wrote Saturday. And its covering up a grossly disturbing ineptitude for their jobs, she added. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem dubbed ICE Barbie has been seen in firefighting gear, bulletproof ICE vests, cowboy hats and shouldering rifles. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth posts pictures of himself deadlifting and doing pushups in the snow with troops. Dan Bongino, the deputy director of the FBI, spars on wrestling mats Trumps underlings perform near daily tone poems to a certain type of MAGA masculinity, publicly pantomiming their professional responsibilities, wrote Ashley Parker. And its all in a desperate attempt to catch their boss attention and persuade the public theyre doing a job that theyre actually unqualified to do, she added. The dress up parties are even get push back from conservatives. Right wing radio host Erick Erickson told the Atlantic that Trump is an image guy who wants to surround himself with people out of central casting But, he said, it distracts the voters from: Is stuff actually going well behind the scenes? Its like hiring the guy who plays a doctor on Greys Anatomy. You dont actually want that guy to do your heart surgery. Hes an actor. You hire the people who sound competent because they use the polysyllabic words. But can they actually do the job The message comes from Trump himself who, during his most recent campaign, posed as a McDonald worker and as a garbage truck driver. Much of his business persona was sold to the public in his role as high flying mogul on The Apprentice. The same trick has been adopted by his underlings who sometimes give the impression that they view government work more as a game than as true public service wrote Parker. It looks like a lot of them are sort of showing up at a government costume party in which they get to wear the costume of being the secretary of defense or the costume of being the director of national intelligence, but they don?t have the qualification for those roles Part of it is they know the point of entry to the costume party is you have to suck up ferociously to Trump every minute, and to get on his radar, images help. He likes the fake macho imagery, and so thats just part of the deal. But he warned, If youre not a serious person, and youre in a serious job, theres this enormous gap of competence through which terrible things can happen. |

Is This Real Life - GOP Lawmaker Stunned by Trumps Order Against Veterans
Donald Trumps new executive order has a devastating impact on some veterans, and he doesnt care MSRAW 20 JUN 2025 ![]() Former GOP Congressman Joe Walsh, who recently announced he was joining the Democratic party, weighed in on recent Trump events. I had to make sure this was real. Doctors at Veterans Affairs medical centers can now refuse to treat unmarried veterans and Democrats under new guidelines imposed by a Trump executive order, he said. Medical staff are still required to treat veterans regardless of race, color, religion, and sex, but politics and marital status have been explicitly eliminated, meaning individual workers are now free to decline to care for patients based on these personal characteristics. Walsh further added, Physicians can also be denied employment at VA hospitals based on these factors. What year is this? is this real
