Forecast of thunderstorm potential.
Today..Scattered thunderstorms to the north of Lake Superior and
Over Northeastern Ontario. There is a slight risk that some of these
storms will be severe with gusts to 90 km/h and 2 cm hail.
Tonight..Isolated thunderstorms over Northeastern Ontario and to the
east of Georgian Bay. These is a slight risk that some of these
storms will be severe this evening with gusts to 90 km/h and 2 cm
hail.
Wednesday..Isolated non severe thunderstorms over Southern Ontario.
A few of these storms may approach severe limits especially over
Eastern Ontario.

A thunderstorm is defined as severe if it produces one or more of the
following:
- wind gusts of 90 km/h or greater.
- hail of 2 centimetres in diameter or greater.
- rainfall amounts of 50 millimetres or greater in one hour or less.
- a tornado.
