I have not used used Twatter, for many years...(since I first registered), and very, very rarely use FCKBook or any other 'Social Media'...
Amazing the incredible amount of personal stuff folk post on those sites...
CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS to something really tough, >that you DO NOT use elsewhere! , to something like a coder would use...eg;

DO NOT use anything personal within, like your User Name on any site, or birth dates etc.,
& record it on Notepad etc., with a copy to yourselves by email.... 
Hope this advice helps you guys and your families to be more safe on line
+ WATCH what your kids are doing on line & on their cels.. The Net is a VERY dangerous place these days...
