IS only as good as the staff and the Big Kahuna.
Was (past tense) a member of another site with a bunch a nice guys, but the Big Kahuna went AWOL
leaving the place a mess and Mods in charge, well you can guess it has gone down hill fast, all in fighting amongst them all.
Every board needs one in charge who makes the final decision, then it runs like clockwork.
Congratulations to all who have joined the staff, this place is really going places
and a whole lot better than
...."cough, cough".
