Lewis Hamilton Bounces Back from Monaco Disappointment to win Canadian Grand Prix
- and Extend Formula One Championship Lead


  • Lewis Hamilton won his fourth Canadian Grand Prix to stretch his lead over Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg
  • The current Formula One world champion led from the start as he begun the race in Montreal on pole
  • Hamilton's fellow Mercedes driver Nico Rosberg finished in second while Valtteri Bottas took third spot

Lewis Hamilton won his fourth Canadian Grand Prix to stretch his lead over Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg.



The British driver, who started on pole, led from the start to finish ahead of team-mate and cap off another outstanding weekend for Mercedes.

Jenson Button, on the other hand, had a day to forget as he was forced to retire during the 58th lap.
