Those kids over at Form Athletics sure know how to get down … sort of. While packed inside of some tight quarters, former WEC featherweight champ Urijah Faber and reigning UFC light heavyweight king Jon Jones dusted off their dancing shoes and did the Dougie … sort of.
Fellow Form fighters Chad Mendes and Joseph Benavidez serve as background dancers in the video.
Because mixed martial artists are fairly new to the hip-hop game, please allow me to offer up a simple piece of advice: #NoShirtNation should only apply to WOMEN when it comes to rap dance videos.
