Norway's Martin Odegaard Becomes Youngest European to Play International Game

While many 15-year-olds were completing their homework on Monday night, Martin Odegaard made an appearance in Norway's Euro 2016 qualifier with Bulgaria.

At 15 years and 301 days old, the precocious midfielder became the youngest-ever European to compete in a full international when he was summoned from the bench in the 64th minute.
Shortly after his introduction, Norway went 2-1 ahead and finished with three points to put them third in qualifying Group H.

In August, Odegaard became Norway's youngest international when he played a full match against the United Arab Emirates.

He also made his debut in the Norwegian Tippeligaen this year, making 20 appearances for Stromsgodset.

Expect to see his name in the transfer rumours in the coming months...
