PhOtOs-New Kits For World Cup Leaked? .......

Is this England's New Kit for the World Cup?...
First Rumoured Pictures of England's all White and Red Kits 'Leaked' online

Daily Mirror, 21 March 2014

Uruguayan website Todos Sobre Camisetas claim to have revealed the strips, which show the Three Lions have ditched their traditional blue shorts

Kitted out: The new strips are said to be plain colours

New pictures have been leaked claiming to show England's plain new strips for the Brazil 2014 World Cup.

The pictures suggest Roy Hodgson's side have ditched their traditional blue shorts for white ones to comply with FIFA regulations, as MirrorFootball revealed last month.

Bosses demand each participating nation now uses "one predominantly dark and one predominately light [strip]."

Uruguayan website Todos Sobre Camisetas published new images of the kit they claim Steven Gerrard and co will wear this summer.

The home kit is plain white with a blue Nike tick and the red strip has a white tick, both have the traditional Three Lions badge with a star above it, representing the 1966 World Cup win.

Getting shorty: FIFA have told England to ditch their traditional blue shorts

But while FIFA allies and official World Cup suppliers Adidas have ditched Spain's classic blue shorts and Argentina's traditional black to conform to the rule change, rivals Nike were expected to take a different tack.

Three Lions kit suppliers Nike also supply matchwear for hosts Brazil, and were willing to bend FIFA Rule 2, Section 35 by softening the blue shorts so that the Canarinha could retain their iconic ensemble.
