The second day of viewing at the funeral of renowned boxer Hector "Macho" Camacho in his native Puerto Rico wasn't short on controversy, as multiple fights broke out at the scene.
The unfortunate altercations are a reflection of the turbulent, embattled life that the fighter led.
A report by ESPN breaks down the first skirmish that occurred between self-proclaimed girlfriend Cynthia Castillo and Macho's longtime girlfriend Gloria Fernandez, as well as his sisters:
Castillo planted a kiss on the mouth of the slain boxer at the viewing and then walked to the area reserved for family, where she claimed her plate of food was upended. She got into an altercation with Gloria Fernandez, who claimed to have been Camacho's girlfriend for the past 25 years, as well as Camacho's sisters, Esther and Estrella.
Another confrontation transpired when Jorge Lozada—who claimed to be a member of the Camacho family—attempted to separate former bantamweight champion Wilfredo Vazquez from embracing Maria Matias, who is Macho's mother.
Plenty of prominent fighters have been outspoken about their support for Macho and the Camacho family, including Shane Mosley
