Some recommend to use Noscript, it is a Firefox extension that blocks the functions of scripts and plugins in Firefox, including Javascript, Java, Flash, and other plugins. This means that scripts included in HTML pages and designed to run on the client machine will not run.
This can cause problems sometimes..

Adobe just have an option, when you view videos, to deny the provider/other sites, to obtain information from your computer.

Adbock Plus on Firefox is good, and there is another addon for Firefox - “Do Not Track Plus”
