Trump Playing Deadly WAR Games Bombing Boat Strikes in Int. Waters ARE ILLEGAL
Trumps Ongoing Deadly Boat Strikes in International Waters Remain ILLEGAL
Can US Strikes on Suspected Drug Boats Off Venezuela be Legally Justified
Tensions rise between the US and Venezuela as Donald Trump ratchets up military and political pressure against Venezuelas Nicolas Maduro, who he once called a friend.

Donald Trump in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the US on 5 November 2024, and Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro in Caracas on 31 July 2024
The US militarys recent strikes on boats allegedly transporting drugs near the Venezuelan coast have raised questions about the legality of such actions and heightened fears of a military escalation in the region.
After ordering military strikes on boats in international waters, killing more than a dozen human beings, Donald Trump tells Congress that hes determined the United States is now in a war with drug cartels.
Then, sounding like a 10 year old boy playing soldier, Trump says that the US is in armed conflict with suspected drug smugglers who are unlawful combatants.
You see what Trumps trying to do here hes spewing out a bunch of buzz words and catchphrases trying to defend, excuse, and retroactively justify . . . murder. But he cant.
Once again, I turned to Dan Maurer for his expert analysis. Dan is a law professor and military law expert who has taught constitutional law and criminal law at West Point. He's a retired Army JAG officer, and a true expert on things like the law of war and the rules of engagement
Dan explains why, regardless of what LYING buzz words tumble out of Donald Trumps mouth, murder is MURDER
