Mad Vlad is hoping to launch a TV show to start brainwashing Russian toddlers.
His propaganda tsar has a plan to brainwash babes by launching a brand new pre school TV show.
The geopolitical series, aimed at youngsters, was the brainchild of Vladimir Solovyov, who has been sanctioned by Britain and the EU for promoting disinformation in the past.
The new series will feature animated images of Putin and Donald Trump, as well as other world leaders and has been billed as a move to instil patriotism from an early age and teach Russian infants to discuss geopolitics
A trailer for the show, which is being financed by Solovyovs media holding company, features images of Putin, Donald Trump, President Emmanuel Macron, President Erdogan of Turkey and Kim Jong-un, as well as Elon Musk.
