They do flashlight tours at night on Friday the 13th and in October. The tour guide at night asked us to wait a moment and to stay where we were then she went in to another room. She didn't say anything at first, but I asked her if she needed help with something and she said she had seen someone in the other room, but there was no one there. I guess that could be considered creepy. I didn't see it though. There has been occurrences of people seeing people and things in there though. No one lives in there now, but at the time Sarah and her hired servants lived there. As you read, she just kept building to keep the spirits at bay.
