"This injustice has been unbearable for our family." Janice Combs, Diddys mother, released a statement through her attorney on social media.
According to reports, the new judge in US v SeanCombs could give the music mogul another attempt to win bail.
The Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn is notorious for its appalling living conditions and rampant violence. There have been two murders, four suicides, numerous stabbings and lockdowns in recent years. It's so out of control that four federal judges are reportedly refusing to send any more prisoners there.
Combs has pleaded not guilty.
