Default re: UK & US Alarm Over Iran-Russia Nuclear Deal

Starmer to Leave US Without Approval For Storm Shadow Strikes by Ukraine

PM held talks with Joe Biden to discuss pleas from Zelensky to let Kyiv fire long-range missiles into Russia

Russian TV Hosts DEMAND Underwater NUCLEAR Explosion Triggering Tsunami to Sink London

Russia downs more than 140 Ukrainian drones in one of biggest attacks since war began
Ukraine has consistently utilised the unmanned vehicles in its national defence, and has even landed multiple attacks on Russian soil since the invasion began in 2022

Sir Keir Starmer was set to leave Washington without any announcement on allowing Ukraine to fire long-range missiles into Russia.

The Prime Minister held talks with Joe Biden in the White House to discuss pleas from Volodymyr Zelensky to let the country use the Storm Shadow missiles.

But John Kirby, a spokesman for the US national security council, said there would be no announcement on long-range missiles after the meeting. He did not rule out one at a later date.

Foreign Office sources had briefed against expecting the green light at the end of Starmer?s visit, but it will come as a disappointment to leave without a decision.

After the meeting, Sir Keir said the pair had come to a ?strong position? but suggested a final decision on Storm Shadow had been deferred to the UN General Assembly at the end of the month.

?Today was about having a chance to talk not just about a particular step or tactic, but the strategy in relation to Ukraine,? he said.

Russian TV Hosts DEMAND Underwater NUCLEAR Explosion
Kremlin-backed Russian TV presenter Vladimir Sergienko called for Vladimir Putin to unleash 'underwater nuclear explosion' and trigger a tsunami that would destroy London

Shocking footage shows the moment Russian TV presenters demand that Vladimir Putin drop nuclear bombs to unleash a huge tsunami on the UK.

In the latest unhinged rant against Britain by stars on the Kremlin-backed HTB news channel, 53-year-old pundit Vladimir Sergienko called for London to be sunk by an "underwater nuclear explosion". The crazed attack would ?blind? Britain completely and render the internet useless, he said.

At another point in the discussion, a fellow guest says: "If there is no Britain, there is no problem." Another jokes that the Russian military would give Brits three days to "swim" across the Channel before dropping the bombs.

Kremlin pundit Vladimir Sergienko, 53, called for Putin to destroy London with an 'underwater nuclear explosion

This is despite political scientist Sergienko having lived in the West, where a move to deprive him of German citizenship is currently under review by the courts. Lt-Gen Gurulev, a former tank commander and military strategist, also advocated the total destruction of Britain. Russia has accused the UK of leading a Western campaign to permit Ukrainian strikes on Putin?s territory with missiles supplied by NATO countries.

He said: "We have enough non-strategic [tactical] nuclear weapons, which will [be launched] and leave nothing of Britain - a normal pre-emptive strike. The people of Britain are there, they also want to live a good and happy life at our expense, right? But if there is no Britain, there is no problem."

Russian reservist army general and hardline MP Andrei Gurulev echoed the calls and demanded Russia use an underwater nuclear drone

TV host Vladimir Solovyov suggested: ?But first we'll give three days for the British to leave their island.? Gurulev replied, laughing: ?Swim, swim, swim.?

Reservist Russian general Andrei Gurulev, who is also an MP, demanded use of Poseidon, an unmanned nuclear-powered underwater drone with an ?unlimited range?. The existing Russian nuclear doctrine was ?simply outdated?, he said, and he advocated a first strike as a warning to the West not to permit long range nuclear missiles on targets inside Putin?s territory.

?Modern doctrine should explain to the stupid Western politician in his stupid language, so that he understands what will happen to him,? said Ukrainian-born Sergienko, who is loyal to the Kremlin and is reported to have close connections with the FSB security service. London, Paris and Berlin should be targeted, he said.
