Russell Crowe has shaved decades off his age by going under the razor for the first time in five years.
The Gladiator star, 59, took to social media on Monday to give fans a glimpse at his strikingly different new look.
In recent years, he has become recognisable for his thick silver beard, but he has now decided to get rid of it, opting for a completely clean-shaven look.
He revealed that it marked the first time he had shaved in five years, taking to X - formerly known as Twitter - to reveal his new look.
In an accompanying caption, Russell hinted that the transformation was for a film role as he wrote: 'The actor prepares #20. First shave since 2019.'
