H33t.com
Here is one report;

For reasons unknown, the site has been unresponsive for a few hours now.
TorrentFreak contacted the owner of the site for more details on the situation, but he has yet to reply.
As usual, we expect that the downtime is caused by a technical issue, but with sites being shut down left and right you can never be too sure.

I will update if I find out any more info.
However they have been down before in 2011 and January 2012, and have come back, but because of today's climate on torrents, it may be something more sinister.
A couple of months ago 230,872 torrents were being tracked on there, so it is quite big.
I have warned many times that torrent sites are risky to use now.
