I feel sorry for that air traffic controller who was relatively new. If even himself said he felt he didnt have enough training, then the powers that be that decided to put him "out there" and to be in charge of so many craft too soon, should take responsibility for this and be punished. If they took such a decision in this case, it makes you wonder just how many other new, insufficiently trained, air traffic controllers they have passed.
Its a job I would certainly never like to do, to have so many lives on ones' head and responsibility.
Thank goodness this crash was prevented
