Silly cops, they forgot to taser her too, after all she was a real danger to all those adults and cops..........
There is something wrong with this child, or any child, when they act out like that. The welfare dept should investigate further, what is happening or has happened to her to cause her being that disturbed. Its her way of trying to get help and what do those big intelligent adults do??? handcuff her. Great stuff!
