Only allows Up to 400 Mb, 2 files max upload and are reported to be problematic on paying out and are cheating with the premium sales
So you all need to think about that.

Free Downloads is usually closed so they force you to buy Premium.
I dont like that and now they are offering half price Premium to get folk in, that smells trouble to me, they cant be doing well, so how can they afford to pay out uploaders?

Dont go with the ones that might offer the highest rate payouts to uploaders, cos they are the ones that will get into trouble, as Wuploads did and had to stop affiliations!!!
Go with the ones that have good servers and offer good FREE downloads service at a relatively good fast rate to attract and keep their members.
Those are the ones that members will have confidence in to buy Premium with and members will also only download from uploaders that post those Filehost links
I cant seem to make my uploaders understand that they are losing money by using Filehosts like,
Extabit, Turbobit and Uploaded.to (ul.to), Depositfiles & Filefactory
is harming their reps.
I have seen many posts from members that say when they see those links in uploaders posts they dont bother and continue checking the links in other uploaders posts that use Filehost links that they trust and they dont trust those five above, and neither do I, after reading all the bad reports about them on many sites on payouts and their service as a whole.
They also do NOT allow US IP addresses
and will NOT pay out any with US IP addresses

Dreadful service and very slow server. It took them over 2 weeks to reply to my ticket about wanting to affiliate with them, and even then it was only an auto reply, and why do they want to know what country is my reselling activity and other points??? That shows to me they are picky about who they affiliate with and allow access to. They do NOT allow US IP addresses

Dont bother, many problems on their website. I had already registered days before, but when I tried to log before, it would not accept my log in. When I tried to get a new password, they sent a link that said your new password has been sent, when I clicked on that link, the new password they had sent wouldnt work. My original log in details were correct!!!
Yet I am already registered! also when I tried again today and couldnt log in, I entered my username and email addy to get a new password, they sent me an email with a link for a new password and when I click on that link it says a message, "new password has been sent by email", their email to me gives me a new USER NAME & password, not just a password for the user name I am registered with.
They have never replied to me to resolve this, I tried again today and received this message;
User ID Ladybbird not found in our records!
Their site is a mess, so I have finally given up with them. If Im having all those problems
Im sure other new members on their site will too.
Their server is also very slow, especially on FREE downloads and this will not impress or encourage members to use them or buy Premium with them
To make more money remember to choose those Filehosts that are good on all the points that are important to both uploaders and members and choosing the ones that advertise the best rates on payout to uploaders is not the best way to go.
If members dont bother to download the links on Extabit, Turbobit and Uploaded.to (ul.to), Depositfiles & Filefactory.
Whats the point of providing their links, you will lose out that way, as members know they do not supply a good service and will not download from them??
Im told they dont reply to emails because they dont understand and speak English or any other language except Russian! so how can they deal with queries and emails. That to me sounds like they are interested more in earning money and couldnt care less about their clients.
freakshare.com & filedino.com are good for free downloads, that says a lot to me that they care about their members and uploaders = good servers!
Right now I still think filedino is still the best one I have found so far on all the points that are important to both uploaders and members.
