These sites will allow you to register a new account, purchase premium account, see your file download statistics and even give you a link to refer other uploaders and premium account buyers but will not pay you if you are in USA, or upload any of your files from a USA ip, including remote uploads. turbobit.net, letitbit.net, share-flare.net - will not pay uploaders in USA, cannot see stats
extabit - not allowing new affiliate registrations. Stated "Unfortunately, partnership is not avaliable.We'll open it,when we'll normalize UL/DL speed. Please,be patient!We'll keep you updated. Thank you for understanding" Promise to allow USA affiliates when they restart partner program, but who knows when that will be.
