As England prepare for their first Qatar World Cup match today, the team are putting protests and inclusivity at the heart of their campaign. Players will take the knee before their game against Iran, as manager Gareth Southgate said his players wanted to send a "strong statement to go around the world" at the tournament, which is overshadowed by Qatar's human rights record, particularly its treatment of LGBT people.
