Former Formula 1 boss Bernie Ecclestone charged with fraud by false representation following an investigation into overseas assets believed to be worth more than £400m.
The 91-year-old spent 40 years as the head of F1 before being removed as its chief executive officer in 2017.

Former F1 boss Bernie Ecclestone has been charged with fraud by false representation following an investigation by HMRC. Chief crown prosecutor, Andrew Penhale, has stated that Bernie Ecclestone failed to declare to HMRC the existence of assets held overseas believed to be worth in excess of £400m.
