Police Officer Tells Court Amber Heard Was NOT a Victim of Domestic Violence

Amber Heard was not a victim of domestic violence, a police officer has told court after she responded to an incident at Johnny Depp's penthouse apartment building in Los Angeles on May 21, 2016.
Police officer Melissa Saenz of the Los Angeles Police Department said marks on Amber's face were consistent with her crying and not with being hit by a mobile phone.
Officer Saenz said she "goes to a lot of domestic violence calls every day" and she had probably "attended around 100 domestic violence cases" by the time she attended that call at the penthouse.
The officer said she arrived with another officer, called Officer Hadden after Amber's friend had called to say Amber had an argument with her then husband, Johnny.
The officer told the court, in a pre-recorded testimony, that Depp, 58, was not present at the apartment and that Amber "would give no further information".
After questioning from Amber's lawyers, Officer Saenze agreed she "took no notes, or photos, or recorded anything" during her time on the call.
She agreed "Heard was crying, red eyed and was not making eye-contact" when she talked to her and also said that she "saw nothing out of the ordinary" at the penthouse and didn't see anything broken or damaged.
When asked about the redness of Amber's face in photos that were shown to the officer, Saenze replied "It does not look like an injury caused by a cellphone [mobile phone]."
The officer told the court she thinks the photos show it is "consistent with her crying, her face was flushed."
She said it does not look consistent with an injury.
This follows the court being told by clinical and forensic psychologist Doctor Shannon Curry that Amber Heard has a "borderline personality disorder" and is taking on a "victim role".
Dr Curry told the court one of the personality disorders which she believes Amber is suffering from is "histrionic personality disorder".
She said that Amber took a psychometric personality test called the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory Volume 2 (MMPI2), in which a series of 567 statements are marked true or false.
The doctor confirmed this is "the most commonly used assessment worldwide by mental health professionals and in forensic setting for the court".
She said this is "a predictive factor in women who implement violence against their partner... one tactic is physically assaulting and then getting hurt themselves... then using the legal system... for example using a restraining order".

Amber filed a temporary restraining order against Johnny in May 2016.
Dr Curry said that it is common for people with these personality disorders to take on "a victim or princess role", and can make up stories "get respect and attention that way".
The court also heard from Tara Lee Roberts, who is Johnny Depp's Bahamas property estate manager.
She said that she witnessed an argument between the couple in the Bahamas in which Amber told Johnny that he was a "washed up actor" who will "die a fat, lonely man".
Johnny is suing his 35-year-old ex-wife for $50million in a libel trial while Amber is countersuing for $100million for defamation, with the case completing its ninth day in Virginia.
The trial continues.
