Shadow Defence Secretary John Healey says legislation on Russian dirty money flowing through UK has been 'faulty and flawed for too long.'
The House of Commons will debate on the Economic Crime Bill for the first time. It will create a register of overseas entities requiring offshore owners of property in the UK to declare their true identity to ensure criminals cannot hide behind shell companies.
