Footage has emerged appearing to show, a Ukrainian nursery left in ruins after being 'bombed by pro-Russian forces' according to the Ukrainian Joint Forces Operation.

Video and images posted across social media show damage to the kindergarten in Stanytsia Luhanska.

The Ukrainian Joint Forces Operation said two civilians were injured when the building was hit. Interfax said three people were injured. No children were reported harmed.

Parts of Luhansk have been left without electricity and residents were evacuated into shelters, the military said.
