Prince Andrew will give evidence under oath next month as part of the civil sex assault case brought against him.
The Prince has strenuously denied all allegations against him.
He will face a deposition on 10 March in London – where he will give his testimony.
The Duke of York is being prepared by his UK-based legal team before the two days of questioning next month.
