Someone in a neighbouring boat again reported that at the time of this dreadful occurrence, he originally reported to cops that he heard her screaming for help in the water. He said Wagner shouted let her stay there for a while, it will teach her a lesson.
He said his original report to cops about this was ignored.
Who knows what the truth is. but it is strange that she had so many bruises on her arms and legs and on her face and this was never investigated thoroughly.
