That is just terrible! and I know just the place when that scum should serve their time,,,,,,, the cellars of the old Alcatraz. The powers that be have denied it exists. But I have been down there and seen it for myself.
Chain them up, give them the same as what they put those poor people through!
Is it known who reported to the authorities what was going on?
