Mike Tyson, former heavyweight boxing champion of the world, abandoned his stunning five-bed mansion in 1992 after he was convicted of rape.
He was forced to sell his stunning Ohio mansion, boasting a full-size pool, jacuzzi, tiger cages and a basketball court after coming under financial strain in the late 90's, selling it for a profit of $700,000, which is the equivalent to almost £565,000.
According to University Fox Mike sold the mansion - which he once paid $300,000 for, approximately £240,000 - to Paul Monea, an entrepreneur for $1 million, approximately £805,000.
But it wasn't long before the mansion was back on the market after Paul was given a 13 year prison sentence for money laundering.
It was then purchased by Ron Hemelgarn for the bargain price of $600,000, around £477,396, who donated it to the Living Word Sanctuary Church after it had been abandoned for over a decade.
The transformation took people in the community four-years to complete as they gave up their weekends transforming the dilapidated property from a bachelor pad to a holy place of worship.
But, some of the key features from Mike's time remain in tact, like his basketball court, which is now used by the local basketball team.
