8. Tony Tubbs
The punch I've singled out here is at 34:31 mark of the clip, classic Tyson left hook. Tubbs delayed reaction and Tyson swarming him after is just gravy.
This is prime Tyson in top form fighting the goofy presence that was Tony Tubbs.
Tubbs is oddly satisfying to watch in this contest as everything he's capable of as a fighter contradicts what you'd expect he'd be capable of, given his slovenly appearance.
Somehow it adds considerably to the fun.
Also there's something about the atmosphere to Tyson vs. Tubbs that has something special. One, it's impossible to watch Tyson fighting in Japan without thinking about what came around with Buster in February of 1990. Two, watching
this Tyson who seems so sharp blowout Tony Tubbs (who was considered a vastly bigger challenge than Buster Douglas ever was), makes you wonder about a tip-top Tyson stepping in against Buster and if things could've gone a different route.
