I wouldn't quite call the Broncos dysfunctional yet, but they are getting there. Tebow made one play in Week 4 and that's the biggest story the national media latches on to.
People within the Broncos organization are going to have to cave to Tebow chants eventually, and it won't be pretty when they do.
Basically, the Broncos aren't even relevant in the Super Bowl discussion.
