Brothers Held Teenager Captive For Two Months and Raped Her With Screwdriver'

The 18-year-old victim said she was sexually abused by Fernando Benitez, 27, and Gonzalo Benitez, 26

A court also heard they were assisted in their alleged crimes by their mother Nelida Esther Llanos, 66.

A teenager was kidnapped by two brothers and raped by one of them a screwdriver, a court heard.


The 18-year-old says she was kept captive and abused in a house for two months alongside a second female captive, aged 27.

The two women were allegedly held between February and March in 2018 by brothers Fernando Benitez, 27, Gonzalo Benitez, 26 in Bahia Blanca, Argentina.

The teenage complainant gave a detailed account of her ordeal after the second victim suffered a nervous breakdown during the four hours she was testifying, according to lawyer Gustavo Avellaneda.

Mr Avellaneda told local media: “They have many scars on their bodies.

"[She] has permanent deformation of the face due to the injuries she suffered."

The court heard one of the victims managed to escape from the house and run to her mother’s home, where she turned up badly injured.

She was able to say the name of her alleged captor - Fernando Benitez - before being transferred to hospital.

When the police arrived at the Benitez family’s house she found the second victim badly injured after being bitten by a dog.
