Starving Boy, 6, Rescued From Filthy Shack Where He Was Chained by Neck and Hands

An six-year-old boy has been rescued by the police from a filthy shack where he was allegedly starved and chained up by his neck and hands.
Authorities in Mexico believe he may have been chained up and abused for at least six months.
The boy had occasionally broken free and was seen with marks all over his his body, neighbours told local media.
Residents of Mesa Los Hornos, in the Mexico City borough of Tlalpan, alerted the authorities after the little boy continually cried and yelled for help.

Officers arrived to the derelict house and found an improvised wooden door painted with the number 90.
They entered the run-down property and found the little boy in pyjamas.
The boy was allegedly chained up by his neck and hands with cigarettes burns all over his body, local media reported.

Distressing images show the squalid conditions in which the boy was found as well as marks on his body.
The boy's 46-year-old aunt Maria del Rosario N has been arrested along with a 22-year-old male identified as Benjamin.
They have reportedly been charged with child abuse, and police are also investigating the pair on suspicion of human trafficking.
