PCGAME PC Game - LINX

In this week’s game your goal is to correctly build sets of paths between like-colored blocks without running out of space or path blocks. It starts out simple enough, but are you up to the challenge when the going gets tough?

Linx

The object of the game is to connect like-colored blocks to each other using either the limited work space provided and/or a limited number of paths to tie everything together.

There are forty levels of puzzle solving goodness waiting for you!

Here is the first level. It is really simple to solve and acts as a tutorial type level to help you become more familiar with how the game works. There are two items to keep an eye on while playing the game. The first is the Paths Count followed by current Block Color on the left side of the screen. Click on a block to select that color and start building your paths by clicking on the blue squares…

You can see here that we have used fourteen out of sixty available paths so far and we have blue set as the current path color.

Not bad so far…

On to the next level. From the second level and onward watching the path color is definitely a must…it can be rather frustrating to have a level going really well and then start using the wrong path color!
Note: If you accidentally use the wrong path color, you can select the desired color and overwrite the wrong one as needed.

Moving right along…

Success…

The third level starts to step things up a little bit by having you connect more than two blocks of the same color.

Level four is a bit odd but easy so long as you remember that you can only use the blue squares to add paths to.

Here are some examples of what lies ahead. As you can see things start to become a bit more tricky as you try to connect everything with a limited number of paths.

Note: You can use the Clear Button to start a level over if you run out of Paths before completely connecting everything.

Good luck and have fun!
